Applicants
 
STEP 1:  CREATE A PARENT ACCOUNT
 
An account needs to be set up by the PARENT, not the student.  Please use a parent's first and last name to create an account, not the student's name.  Click here to begin the process. You will have flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
 
If you have an account already, please use the link to log in with your existing username and password.  If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot password" and create a new one.
 
 
STEP 2:  LOG-IN
 
After creating an account, you will receive an email stating the account was created.  Check your spam if you haven't received that email, it takes a half hour to an hour for the email to be received.  There will be a link in that email to login and start the application.  Or click Sign In here after creating your account.
 
 
STEP 3:  CREATE AN APPLICATION
 
1. Choose School/Program
  • For our School Year or Summer Academy PLUS Program - choose St. John's Northwestern
  • For our Summer Academy's Raider School - choose Summer Camps
2. Choose Application (for those applicants looking to enroll on or after Midterm, choose the current school year application)
 
3. Start Application
 

STEP 4:  PAYMENT

A non-refundable fee of $100 must be submitted with the School Year and Summer Academy PLUS applications.  A non-refundable fee of $40 must be submitted with the Raider School application.  Once all checkmarks to the left of the menu are green, click on the last menu item "Application Review" to review the application.  The final step is to click on the red box "Complete Review and Submit Application".  Then another screen will show for payment to be made by credit card.  Once the application fee is paid, the application will be submitted.
 
 
After submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
